Can you arrange for delivery of larger / bulky items?
Yes once you have paid for the item(s) we can arrange for delivery to an address
of your choice. If the address is within London there is a standard charge
of £5.00. other items ordered on online or for delivery outside of London
or the UK are subject to our online delivery terms.
I want to exchange/ return my purchase. What do I do?
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all items returned to us in their
original condition. As long as the item is unused / undamaged, we'll exchange
it or refund your money, subject to your statutory rights.
Where does Yemanja – A window to Afrika get its products from?
Products are obtained from Afrikan businesses and individuals both on the
continent of Afrika and across the Afrikan diaspora.
Can I buy Gift Vouchers from Yemanja A Window to Afrika?
Yes we will soon be offering this service to our customers in the UK. Gift
Vouchers can be purchased direct from the store or online for delivery at
your chosen address within the UK.
Can I reserve an item for collection or delivery at a later date?
Yes, once you have selected your item(s), please notify us of this by sending
us an e-mail or by calling the store. We will then arrange for the item(s)
to be reserved for an agreed period upon payment of a small deposit.
What if I change my mind after I have part paid for and reserved an item?
We will be pleased to offer you the opportunity to select an alternative item
from our range or to receive gift vouchers to the value of your deposit for
later use. Deposits are non refundable
